Hennes & Mauritz, commonly referred to as H&M is opening a store in Baltimore's Inner Harbor this Spring. The Swedish clothing company known for its affordable fashions for the whole family will open a two-level, 20,000 square-foot store next to Urban Outfitters in the Street Pavilion of the popular Inner Harbor. It will be the first location in the city of Baltimore. Although the company was founded in 1947, H&M became an American favorite in the last decade in part because of collaborations with high-end designers such as Roberto Cavalli, Stella McCarthy, Lanvin and Jimmy Choo.
