Hennes & Mauritz, commonly referred to as <a class="taxInlineTagLink" id="ORCRP004377" title="Hennes &amp;amp; Mauritz AB" href="/topic/economy-business-finance/consumer-goods-industries/hennes-%26-mauritz-ab-ORCRP004377.topic">H&M</a> is opening a store in Baltimore's <a class="taxInlineTagLink" id="PLTRA000101" title="Inner Harbor" href="/topic/travel/tourism-leisure/inner-harbor-PLTRA000101.topic">Inner Harbor</a> this Spring. The Swedish clothing company known for its affordable fashions for the whole family will open a two-level, 20,000 square-foot store next to <a class="taxInlineTagLink" id="ORCRP016017" title="Urban Outfitters Incorporated" href="/topic/economy-business-finance/urban-outfitters-incorporated-ORCRP016017.topic">Urban Outfitters</a> in the Street Pavilion of the popular Inner Harbor. It will be the first location in the city of Baltimore. Although the company was founded in 1947, H&M became an American favorite in the last decade in part because of collaborations with high-end designers such as Roberto Cavalli, Stella McCarthy, Lanvin and Jimmy Choo.
