"Marc Jacobs, Oscar de la Renta, Carolina Herrera and Moschino all shared their version of the modern day bouffant," Spruill says. Go for a retro look by adding a couple of disheveled braids into your teased hair and pin it into a bun, she says. Add an old gaudy necklace or broach to your hair for a little sparkle. |
