Glimpsed at Baltimore School for the Arts: Amy Raehse( Colby Ware, For The Baltimore Sun / May 1, 2014 )
Who: Amy Raehse, 40, Anneslie resident, Goya Contemporary Gallery executive director/curator
Spotted at: The Contemporary museum's CoHosts speakers series reception before talk by Shinique Smith, co-hosted by Galerie Myrtis at Baltimore School for the Arts
What she wore: Black silk and leather dress with buckle detail (she cut the label out) from a shop in New York City; Betty Cooke silver and black bead earrings; pink striped ankle socks; Tahari black booties; Dooney & Bourke lime tote from a store in Miami.
Size matters: "I think that [wearing] less is more. If I have less [pieces] on, you can actually see what I'm wearing. Ostensibly, [for] women as short as I am, too many objects can overwhelm them. I'm 5-foot-1 1/2 inches. That half [inch] matters."
