Amazon offers one-hour delivery on Thanksgiving Day

Forgot to get the stuffing mix that only dad likes? Didn't pick up cranberry juice for Aunt Emma's favorite cocktail? No worries, Baltimore. Amazon will be doing the turkey trot on Thanksgiving Day for hosts with the most gaps in their menus.

The online shopping service's Prime Now will deliver goods right to your doorstep in one-hour for $7.99 and two-hours for free on Thanksgiving Day. Amazon will deliver in Baltimore from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m.

To order, you have to be an Amazon Prime member and you also have to download the Prime Now app. If your first order is at least $50, you can save $20 with a promo code for a limited time.

And it's not just food, of course. Amazon Prime Now has items for entertaining, like silverware or centerpieces, as well as kitchen gadgets, boardgames and home decor.

While a quick search of the app showed tons of turkey, from meatballs to burgers to pepperoni, a whole bird was nowhere to be found.

Might still want to make a trip to the grocery store for that.
