Glimpsed at Work: Nora Koontz
Nora Koontz, 61, goes for a "classic" silhouette in black. But, this WBAL Radio senior account executive knows how to give her look plenty of oomph. The Baldwin resident starts with a black knit Adrienne Vittadini sheath with 3/4-length sleeves and matching open cardigan, both of which she bought at Nordstrom. She completes the sleek look with black tights and black leather pointy toe knee high boots from the Nine West store. Koontz ramps it up with a long silver O-link necklace from Cookie Lee, silver cuffs and bracelets she's collected over the years. She found her black hip belt with an eye-catching hook and hammered disc at a boutique in Vero Beach, Florida. Then, there's her signature accessory. "I always wear earrings, usually hoops."
