Schlitz wins second Newbery honor for children's book

Congratulations to Laura Amy Schlitz for another Newbery honor. The 2008 Newbery Medal winner's latest book, "Splendors and Glooms," was named one of three Newbery Honor Books by the American Library Association. The winner of the 2013 medal was "The One and Only Ivan," by Katherine Applegate
