Toni Braxton -- who was born in Severn, Md. -- just might be singing the blues about the real estate market.
Her home in Atlanta, recently foreclosed on, is now for sale for $1.1 million, TMZ reports. And according to the Atlanta Journal-Constitution, the property has sat on the market for more than four months.
It's not because the place doesn't look nice -- at least on the outside. Built in 2001, it's nearly 12,000 square feet and red-bricked, with seven bathrooms, six full baths and a pretty sweet-sounding master bath jacuzzi.
Wells Fargo, which has the listing, says there are 16 rooms altogether on 1.5 acres. Lots of fireplaces, a gourmet kitchen with cherry cabinets and a "huge" party deck. "A must see," the listing says.
According to the AJC, Braxton bought the house in 2004, paying $2 million. So she's taking a rather huge hit.
The paper says she filed for bankruptcy in 2010, after first doing so in 1998.
According to TMZ, the singer also had a home in Nevada that was foreclosed on two years ago.
