Terrell Suggs might not be in the game right now, but Tuesday night, he'll be on TV.
The Ravens linebacker will be a judge -- or as they say on the program, a "very special guest" -- on a reality show for tattoo artists called "Ink Master."
On the judges panel, Suggs joins tattoo artists Oliver Peck and Chris Nunez to help decide which tattoo artist deserves a shot at a $100,000 prize. Dave Navarro of Jane's Addiction is the host.
The show airs at 10 p.m. Tuesday on the Spike channel. It's the season premiere.
The episode is teased with an online clip.
After being introduced, the linebacker comes out to big applause and a bit of delighted yelling.
"I have a great appreciation for body art," Suggs tells the camera. "As a football player, we love tattoos. You turn on any television on Sunday, you'll see tons of tattoos out there on the field."
You'll certainly see tons on Suggs. His ink includes swirls all down one arm, a star and some other stuff on the other and an inked chest. Those are at least the parts we know.
Earlier this year, Suggs was part of PETA's Ink not Mink campaign, which urged people to wear tattoos, not fur. Navarro was part of that, too, as well as Tommy Lee and Willis McGahee.
