Streaker gets shout-out from Ellen

Baltimore's famous streaker Mark Harvey received a surprise shout-out from Ellen DeGeneres on Tuesday when she shared the Severn resident's antics with her audience.

This isn't the first time DeGeneres has mentioned Harvey on her show. In April, after he streaked at Camden Yards on the Orioles' Opening Day, DeGeneres sent him a cape and underwear.

"I thought that was the last I'd ever hear of him," DeGeneres told her audience.

Then she showed a clip of Harvey running on the field at the Ravens game Sunday night donning the ensemble. He had the words "Don't be a bully, be a superhero" painted across his chest during the run.

"I think it's great he was trying to promote anti-bullying and kindness right before eight people tackled him," DeGeneres said while she and her audience laughed. "He wasn't trying to hurt anyone. He was trying to mow the lawn."

She continued: "After he did it, Baltimore went on to win the game. You're welcome," she said as her audience applauded.

"I want to be perfectly clear -- I don't want to encourage people breaking the law wearing my cape and underwear. But if you are going to do it, you don't want to be wearing last year's styles," she quipped.

DeGeneres then produced a new pair of her stripped boxer briefs and a matching cape. She promised to send Harvey the set. I'm sure there will be more to come.
