Baltimore City Council President Bernard "Jack" Young and Mayor Stephanie Rawlings-Blake proudly display their team spirit in the mayor's suite. The mayor wore a Ravens-themed pendant made by a local artist, that - on the reverse side - could double as a bottle opener. "Which can come in handy - occasionally - at a Ravens game," she said.
