The humor site Super Official News announced that the actor is to embark on a six-week Party Crashing Tour, scheduled to lift off Aug. 1 in Phoenix, Ariz., with a Baltimore stop on Aug. 26.
But don't let reality rob your of your hopes of entertaining the star of "Caddyshack," "Ghostbusters," "Groundhog Day" or "Lost in Translation." If you want to play along in the hope that Murray would stop by your Baltimore house or location, your party first of all must have alcohol and karaoke, and a sheet or banner of some kind attached to their establishment must say in big bold letters, "BILL MURRAY CAN CRASH HERE." (So, sorry, everyone who lives in Columbia, no attached banners, no Bill.)
In the annals of fun things to do with rich old famous men, the idea of having Bill Murray crashing your karaoke party isn't quite as adorable as picking up John Waters hitchhiking on the side of the road. But it's still pretty darn adorable.
