When a teen at Perry Hall High School took a bullet in a shooting on the first day of school, the legions who wanted to bring him cheer as he recovered launched a grass-roots effort to bring his favorite star to his bedside. Alas, though Daniel Borowy reportedly got a little something in the mail from Gaga's camp, he had to settle for a visit from the somewhat less provocative U.S. Sen. Barbara Mikulski.
