Great outdoors: Gwynns Falls Trail

Beginning in Leakin Park and following a stream to the Patapsco River, the Gwynns Falls Trail is a 15-mile hiking and biking trail through an environmentally valuable urban greenway park. The Gwynns Falls stream valley is a historically and culturally significant area located in southwest Baltimore City. The trail connects more than 30 neighborhoods with parklands, unique urban environmental features and historical landmarks. Biking, hiking, rollerblading, fishing and picnicking are allowed.
