Glimpsed on the Prime Rib: Kara Gioioso
Kara Gioioso celebrated her 20th birthday by having dinner out at the Prime Rib. The Loyola University sophomore looked "city chic" in a charcoal sequined taupe chiffon Eight Sixty dress from South Moon Under, black tights and black flat Dolce Vita boots from Nordstrom, and a black patent snakeskin slouch tote with gold chain embellishment. "I love to wear boots. And I never leave the house without a handbag. And Michael Kors is a favorite."
