About a dozen current and former Baltimore Ravens players needed quick hands and fancy footwork in the challenge they were faced with at the "First Annual Celebrity Waiter Night" that benefited the Torrey Smith Foundation. The foundation's mission is "to provide support to at-risk youth with physical, educational and financial challenges, and to focus on the enhancement of lives of those that have been affected by domestic violence."In a Four Seasons Hotel ballroom, the players braved a crowd of a couple hundred rabid Ravens fans with trays of hors d'oeuvres during the cocktail hour, then switched to sommelier status during a sit-down dinner where they served guests wine. Of course, most of the attendees were more interested in getting autographs on footballs sold at the event, photographs with their favorite players or signed jerseys offered during the evening's auction.
