Glimpsed at Work: Amanda Hamilton

Audrey Hepburn is a major fashion icon for Amanda Hamilton. "I got into Audrey Hepburn when I was in high school; the slim black pants and flats. I have a lot of flats," says the 22-year-old rights and reproductions assistant at the Baltimore Museum of Art. The Rockville resident was wearing a pair - quilted, cream Steve Madden spectators from DSW Shoe Warehouse with black patent leather toes and bows - when we "glimpsed" her at work. Hamilton did her icon proud in a black cotton knit short sleeve cropped Take Out sweater from Kohl's over a black square neck short sleeve cotton Dark Heart top, also from Kohl's, with a cream BCBG skort that featured a sheer pleated skirt over cream satin shorts. Her black leather Elliott Lucca bucket bag was a Nordstrom purchase, and her cool Bellagio glasses featured red frames on the interior, and black frames on the exterior. Hamilton blames her usual color choices of black and white on her college days. "I was a film major, and I guess my style is based on watching a lot of black and white movies."
