Ambra Duncan looked city chic when we "glimpsed" the assistant brand manager of CoverGirl Cosmetics at work in Hunt Valley. The 31-year-old Ellicott City resident modeled her "sophisticated, glam" style in a scoop-neck navy Marc New York dress that featured exposed zippers on the sleeves and back, with wardrobe staples of silver double-hoop earrings and a long silver necklace and crystal pendant. She'd added burgundy patent leather Enzo Angiolini Mary Janes from Macy's and a chocolate leather hobo she'd picked up at the Gucci store in San Francisco. Duncan admits she has a fondness for darker hues. "I love to wear black because I think it's always sophisticated and on trend. But I like to bring in colors like purples and reds to add some pop." She's also practical. "I try to shop my closet, so I'm not continuously spending for a trendy look."
