Claudia Turkson, 30, likes to wear quality pieces -- but ones she's found at bargain prices. That philosophy certainly pays off for the geographic information specialist for Baltimore City's conduit division. When we "glimpsed" Turkson in Harbor East, she was wearing a blue chambray Banana Republic shirt with a coffee-colored linen J. Crew gathered skirt. Her gold chain embellished Tory Burch flat sandals came from Neiman Marcus, her silver David Yurman necklace from Neiman Marcus Last Call, her Michele watch from Nordstrom and square huggie earrings from Banana Republic. It all adds up to a style she describes as "collectible conservative with my own twist." It's also got to work for someone who does a lot of work outside on her feet. "Today I had a meeting, so I chose sandals that were comfortable and looked good, but didn't scream [a brand]."
