Rita Piel, 28, says her style is "classic with some interesting pieces mixed in." When we "glimpsed" Piel at her job as an associate in corporate and government contracts at the law firm of Miles & Stockbridge, she'd used pieces that had simple lines but interesting features, like a diagonal chiffon stripe Olivia Moon tunic from Nordstrom that she paired with a black sailor-style pencil skirt from White House/Black Market that had two rows of buttons down the front. Then, the Pikesville resident added a taupe linen blend Gibson blazer from Nordstrom, and black and cream giraffe print Tahari peep toe slingback wedges that she found at Marshall's. Her silver and crystal statement necklace came from White House/Black Market, and her Michele watch was a Radcliffe Jewelers purchase. She bought her black leather Prada slouch handbag with brown leather trim at the Prada store in Las Vegas. Another place she likes to find interesting additions to her wardrobe is at local street fairs and festivals. "I like to find a lot of local artists who make jewelry and T-shirts, and then mix those things in (to an outfit)."
