It wasn't that Valeria Torchinskaya, 52, got especially dressed up for the Wear It Out Wednesday fashion/arts event on the rooftop garden at Harbor Court Hotel. The jewelry designer and Crazy Russian burlesque club owner says she always goes the style distance any time she leaves the house. "I never go out without makeup, without a hat or without heels. Never," says the Reisterstown resident, who likes to create new outfits for herself with various separates. On this particular summery evening, she paired a leopard-print stretch cotton Bebe blouse -- with puffed sleeves and ruffled V-neckline -- with a ruched black jersey skirt from Cache. She added a little more leopard in the Beverly Feldman zipper booties from Neiman Marcus. Then she brought in pops of red with a red felt hat she got at a Pikesville shop, a red Level X leather belt and a red leather Giani Bernini shoulder bag she's had for years. She made the red butterfly bead and black onyx necklace and matching earrings, as well as the elaborate flower shaped attached ring and bracelet made of seed beads. It all adds up to a style Torchinskaya describes as "classy, sophisticated with a vintage flavor."
