Nora Tran may manage HoriRyu Tattoo Japan in Costa Mesa, Calif., but she doesn't dress to show off her own body art. "My tattoos are more for myself," says the Costa Mesa resident, 28. Tran describes her style as "classy with a twist. I dress for comfort, casual. Though I try to be on trend." She was on trend directly from Japan, where she had just been, and had purchased almost everything she was wearing when we "glimpsed" her at the Baltimore Tattoo Arts Convention at the Sheraton City Center Hotel. Tran sports a black and gray striped batwing tunic that featured a wide neck that could be off one shoulder. She'd paired it with black jeggings and her Louis Vuitton white and gray check Damier platform wedges and her Louis Vuitton Monogram bag. Her silver double circle pendant necklace is from Tiffany.
