Kelly Tallent, 39, says normally she likes "a little funk and a little bling added." But on this particular evening out at Tark's Grill, the Hunt Valley resident was feeling "like Audrey Hepburn in my pearls." Those pearls -- which were her grandmother's -- topped off a sleeveless navy and white polished cotton Eva Franco dress that she bought at Under the Banyan Tree in Fenwick Island, Del. "I always look for boutiques for something different." The WBAL TV account executive found her white strappy Mossimo slides at Target, her winter white bag at the Coach store and her aviator sunglasses at Banana Republic. Tallent picked up her cool Gucci cuff watch on a trip to Jamaica. Her hoop earrings -- which she "almost always wears" -- were a gift from her mother. Her shopping philosophy? "I don't mind spending money on quality as long as it's timeless, and I try to wear at least one accessory that's very much me."
