Susan Shuey, 62, says her style is "conservative, but with flair. I like the unusual. I like to mix and match." The Lutherville community volunteer also loves a good bargain. The outfit she wore to the "Red Wine. Red Rubies...Red Cross" wine tasting at J. Brown Jewelers was a great example of her style -- and shopping-- savvy: Almost every piece she was wearing was either bought on sale or was just a great buy. She found her Valentino Red black and white striped cotton cardigan with ruffle epaulets at Neiman Marcus. She matched the sweater with a yellow ruched Nordstrom Classiques tank top and black knit CAbi skirt. Her black fabric flower pin, Cole Haan black patent peep-toe wedges and black snakeskin belt were from Nordstrom. She also found her black patent leather Valentino handbag at Nordstrom, "on super-duper-deep discount."
