Glimpsed at Linwood's: Lauri Kane

When you're co-hosting a benefit at Linwood's Restaurant for The Red Devils organization -- which funds services for patients and families living with breast cancer -- it's not a bad idea to wear red. That's particularly true when you're calling the party "Paint the Town Red." That's why Lauri Kane, 55, went on the hunt for her dress, and found the strapless red floral satin cocktail dress (and black coat with a matching lining) at White House/Black Market. That's not all the director of The Center of Cosmetic Surgery & MediSpa found at her one of her favorite stores. She found the matching evening bag and black satin ankle strap heels with a red satin "corset" on back at White House/Black Market, as well. Her Judith Ripka silver and citrine heart pendant necklace and matching earrings, Charriol white gold and diamond bracelet and Charriol white gold and diamond watch were purchased at Radcliffe Jewelers. The Pikesville resident describes her style as "classic, sophisticated." She likes things that are form-fitting. "I like sophisticated sexy, not revealing sexy. It helps keep my husband in line," she says with a laugh.
