When we "glimpsed" Stacie Baek, 22, at the grand opening party at The Fitzgerald apartment building on <a class="taxInlineTagLink" id="PLGEO100100603012100" title="Mount Royal" href="/topic/us/maryland/baltimore-county/baltimore/mount-royal-PLGEO100100603012100.topic">Mount Royal</a> Avenue, learning that she was a fashion major at the Maryland Institute College of Art came as no surprise. The Fitzgerald resident was a photo shoot waiting to happen in a brown mesh off-the-shoulder tunic from TopShop over a dark gray TopShop tube dress and black shiny leggings from <a class="taxInlineTagLink" id="ORCRP017371" title="American Apparel" href="/topic/business/consumer-goods-industries/clothing-textiles-industry/american-apparel-ORCRP017371.topic">American Apparel</a>. Her black mesh and leather peep toe booties were purchased at Aldo, and her huge oxidized metal hoop earrings and long silver and black bead necklace were New York thrift store finds. The MICA senior says she tends to layer a lot to achieve her "sexy urban" style. And she always wears heels.
