Baltimore vs. Denver [Pictures]
With the Ravens ready to take on the Broncos in Denver on Saturday, one key question arises: which city owns the pre-game bragging rights? Baltimore, where it's expected to be a toasty (for January) 50 degrees on Saturday, or Denver, where the temperature is expected to hover around 20 degrees?
OK, maybe that wasn't entirely fair -- Denver, after all, can't control its weather (yet another reason why QB John Elway, back in the day, was crazy for choosing Denver over Baltimore -- but we digress). Let's look at the two cities "objectively," shall we? -- Chris Kaltenbach

Nickname
Denver is known as "The Mile-High City," a distinction it has noted by marking the stairs at its Colorado statehouse entrance, so that visitors know when they're exactly one mile above sea level.
