Although Valerie Sanders, 36, seemed to have a vintage-inspired look for Federal Hill Main Street's "Fest-of-All" at the Baltimore Museum of Industry, her real inspiration for her ensemble was its shimmery effect. That's due to a style this Towson stay-at-home mom describes as "sparkly." Sanders wore a robin's-egg-blue Sue Wong dress she's had for a few years that was decorated with beads and pearls and featured an organza flounce hem. She added an antiqued bronze and Swarovski crystal necklace and earrings from Zelda Zen, gold Banana Republic bangles and taupe satin Steve Madden peep-toe pumps with crystal embellished heels that she bought at a boutique in Washington, D.C. Day-to-day Sanders said she's generally found in skinny jeans and tall boots "to make myself look taller and thinner," she says with a laugh.
