Baltimore: Sherwood Gardens

Created in the 1920s, the Guilford park is known for its annual tulip showcase, that includes more than 80,000 bulbs in every color and variety. The park also has dogwoods, wisteria and magnolias. The best time to visit is in late April or early May. Borders: East Highfield Road, Underwood Road, Stratford Road and the Greenway
