Eleanor Landauer, Junior League of Baltimore membership vice president, Mary Helfrich, Junior League president-elect, Katy Helfrich, T. Rowe Price assistant, and Kathleen Gibison, The Sopher Group managing partner, compared notes on how their bargain shopping was going. "I started shopping at Octavia, and got four dresses," said Gibison. Mary Helfrich loved her first purchase so much -- a pair of black satin platform pumps, also from Octavia -- that she wore them that night.
