Hammond's Devon Paye carried the ball 12 times for 230 yards, four touchdowns and two two-point conversions in a dominant showing at Oakland Mills Saturday afternoon. Dionte Jones added 112 yards and two touchdowns rushing/receiving.

Atholton (8-1) clinched at least a share of its first county title on Saturday, shutting out Mt. Hebron (3-6), 38-0. Kenny Thomas led the Raiders offense with 10 rushes for 60 yards and a TD, while Pat Mullens rushed for two short TDs. Nine different Atholton players — Thomas (60 yards), Austin Tennessee (46), Brian McMahon (44), Karter Seamonson (28), Rayvon McCloud (22), Jorry Matherson (22), Hunter Carter-Rimbach (10), Mullens (8) and Kendall Newsome (2) — ran the ball in the game.

The Raiders earned 17 first downs and allowed only four first downs and 84 yards of offense.

On defense, Ean Katz (eight tackles, two fumble recoveries), Mullens (fumble recovery), Jamal Washington (fumble recovery) and Damon Wells (sack) led Atholton to its fourth shut out of the season.
