Marriotts Ridge junior basketball player Marissa Davey is leading the Mustangs in scoring this season with a 10.6 points per game average. She has scored double-digits in 10 of the last 14 games — including a career-high 21 points against both Atholton and Oakland Mills. The Mustangs have the eighth seed in the 2A South region of the playoffs, which start Friday at home against Patuxent.
