Laurel Police are looking for two men who robbed a Lafayette Avenue recording studio after first recording a song early Thursday morning.

Police said the two men came into Copy Catz Media' studios in the 600 block of Lafayette Avenue, recorded a song using the studio's equipment and shortly afterwards robbed several people who were in the studio.

Around 2:30 a.m. Thursday, someone flagged down a Laurel Police cruiser to report the robbery to the officers. Police said there were several victims still at the studio, but others had left prior to their arrival.

One of the men had what was described as a black, semi-automatic handgun, and the victims were robbed of phones, jewelry, credit cards and cash, but there were no injuries.
