City recommends evacuation of Main Street in Laurel

Following the release of water from the T. Howard Duckett Dam in Laurel and the Brighton Dam in Brookeville, Laurel Mayor Craig Moe has declared a state of emergency and recommended the evacuation of parts of the city.
