Corridor Road, 8500 block, 7:07 p.m. Sept. 23. Officers responding to wire and tools theft from building site of the new fire station, saw man prying open tool box. Man fled but was caught man after short foot pursuit. Investigation revealed wiring and temporary lighting stolen.
Livery Lane, 9200 block, between 9:30 a.m. and 2 p.m. Sept. 23. Entry gained to apartment by kicking down front door. Safe containing cash was stolen.
Route 1, 10000 block, 4:15 p.m. Sept. 22. Window to truck was smashed with a brick, door handle broken. No entry made.
Canterbury Riding, 9000 block, between 3 and 7 p.m. Sept. 22. Entry gained to fenced-in backyard by prying off piece of wooden fence, then entry gained to residence by opening rear slider. Pit bull dog taken.
