NAACP stages demonstration
Aarika Scott, of Laurel, addresses crowd during a demonstration by the NAACP before a Laurel City Council meeting on Monday. Scott alleged that she was mistreated by police officers after a traffic stop for expired tags in July, and that she was held for two days without being allowed to make a phone call.
