•Air and Space Museum. July 7, 8:30 a.m. Travel to the Smithsonian's Udvar-Hazy Air and Space Museum, in Sterling, Va., and see airplanes, the space shuttle Enterprise, an IMAX movie theatre. The day and lunch are on your own. Ages 6 and older. $45.

•Remembering: Ground Zero. July 11, 6 a.m. Over the course of the next three months begins a series of remembrance visits to the three sites that were attacked Sept. 11, 2001. The first trip will begin in New York City at Ground Zero. Enjoy a tour; lunch at Katz's Deli; and lastly, a step-on guide will join for a tour of the city. Ages 12 and older. $135.
