Marriotts Ridge senior pitcher Eric Brown threw five scoreless innings at Atholton on March 22. It was the first game of the season for the Mustangs, who won the game, 12-2.
Last year, Brown threw a team-high 55 innings, with a 2.32 ERA, 43 strikeouts and 13 walks.
Brown took a 30-second timeout with us after Friday's strong performance to talk about life on and off the diamond.
