Howard County Tennis Tournament
Howard High's Andrew Pagan plays in the boys doubles final in the Howard County tennis championships at the Wilde Lake Tennis Club Saturday. Pagan and his partner Seth Hoesman beat River Hill's Jimmy Zhan and Oliver Zhao to take the boys double championship.
