Joseph Maher has joined the family law firm of Weinberg and Schwartz LLC, in Columbia, as an associate.
He is a 2010 graduate of the University of Baltimore School of Law and a 2005 graduate of Kalamazoo College, where he earned a bachelor's degree in biology. Maher previously served as the law clerk for the Hon. Louis A. Baker for the Circuit Court for Howard County.

Ellicott City resident Mike Croxson, President of CareOne Services, Inc. and Chief Operating Officer of Ascend One Corp., has joined the Board of Directors of Better Business Bureau Greater Maryland.
Croxson joined Ascend One in 1999. He is a graduate of the University of Virginia and completed executive development studies at Duke University.
