Washington Boulevard, 900 block, Aug. 26. Telephone equipment stolen from electronics closet at Radio Shack by one female and three males who fled in an unknown direction.

Nicholas Lane, 9400 block, Aug. 25. Three men entered home through glass door. A woman in the home reported they bound her hands and ankle with a power cord and searched the home. Nothing taken.

Second Street, unit block, Aug. 25. Police obtained arrest warrant for Baltimore man who did not return black 2011 Nissan Altima with Pennsylvania tags DXK6645 he rented in July.

Laurel Place, 14400 block, Aug. 25. Cardholder with five credit cards stolen from counter at Citi Bank. Police attempting to identify suspect from bank video.

Washington Boulevard, 300 block, Aug. 25. White 1992 GMC Sierra pickup with Maryland tags 75R595 stolen.

Domer Avenue, 300 block, Aug. 23. Attempted armed robbery at CVS in Laurel Shopping Center. Man entered store, requested item from behind counter and demanded employee open cash register. Man appeared to be holding handgun. When employee said he did not have key to register, man threatened employee by saying he would be shot. Man ran south on Domer Avenue. No one was injured.

Baltimore Avenue, 14800 block, Aug. 23. Attempted armed robbery at Payless Shoes. Man entered store with white sock concealing implied handgun and demanded money. Employee told man he could not open register and picked up phone to call police. Man ran into Laurel Mall toward food court. No one was injured. Police believe suspect could be same man in robbery attempt at CVS.

Prince George Street, 500 block, Aug. 21. No signs of forced entry. Power tools, coins and 60 baseball cards taken.

Armstrong Court, 400 block, Aug. 21. Black 2004 Honda Civic with Maryland tags 6ERP41stolen after owner left keys in apartment door. Car recovered after traffic stop by Howard County Police. Driver ran from area and not apprehended.

Trvino Terrace, 9400 block, Aug. 20. Two chrome center caps stolen off Cadillac wheels.

Seventh Street, 1000 block, Aug. 20. Male arrested and charged with theft and second-degree assault after taking small air compressor and air brush kit from male and displaying pepper spray. All property recovered.

Sixth Street, 100 block, Aug. 20. Red 2010 Dodge Dakota pickup with Maryland tags 5AD1013 stolen.

Second Street, unit block, Aug. 20. Armed robbery at Quality Inn by man with head and hands covered with a towel and who appeared to be holding weapon. Man fled on foot with small amount of money. No one was injured. On Aug. 21, a man matching robbery suspect's description threw brick through hotel's locked glass doors, entered and appeared to hold a weapon wrapped with cloth. Man took small amount of money and fled.

Montgomery Street, 400 block, Aug. 19. Echo backpack blower and Shindaiwa hedge trimmer stolen from Laurel Armory.

Oxford Drive and Ashford Boulevard, Aug. 18. Laurel youth, 17, confronted and assaulted by 25 individuals and his Nike shoes stolen. Police identifying suspects and investigation continuing.

Irving Street, 100 block, Aug. 17. Washer-dryer unit and five air conditioners stolen.
