North Laurel man found with 170 pounds of marijuana is indicted

A former Baltimore city police technician arrested last month after police found 170 pounds of marijuana worth $510,000 in his North Laurel home was indicted June 6, according to Wayne Kirwan, spokesman for the state's attorney's office.
