Marcus Balogun IV, of Laurel, received the Suffolk University Young Alumni Award from Suffolk President James McCarthy during an alumni weekend event honoring distinguished graduates. President and chief executive officer of Platinum Business Corporation, in Laurel, Balogun graduated from Suffolk University, in Boston, Mass., in 2004, with a Bachelor of Science in business administration.
