Woodbine: Documentary 'Bully' will screen on Sept. 29 and Oct. 6

Howard County Executive Ken Ulman has entered into a partnership with local government, lawyers, and educators to educate residents on bullying with showing of "Bully," a documentary highlighting the bullying crisis in our schools.
