A late-night fire Sunday destroyed a garage in North Laurel, Howard County Department of Fire and Rescue Services said.
Shortly before midnight, units were dispatched to the 10300 block of Scaggsville Road in North Laurel, where crews found a three-car garage fully engulfed in flames.
It took 35 firefighters from Howard, Prince George's and Montgomery counties 25 minutes to control the fire, which did not spread to the home. The homeowners had evacuated the building before crews arrived, and there were no injuries.
The fire remains under investigation.
