Howard County Councilman Calvin Ball is hosting the fourth annualMen's HealthFair Saturday, June 9 from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. at Howard High School in Ellicott City.
Held in partnership with Howard County General Hospital, the fair focuses on the importance of men having a healthy lifestyle.
The fair will feature free screenings for blood pressure, body-mass index, kidney, dental, vision, prostrate and spinal health, and pulmonary function.
"My approach is simple: whether you do or do not have health care or simply want to kick-start taking care of your health, this is the place to be," Ball said in a news release.
Snacks will be provided by Wegmans, La Fiesta and other local vendors.
