Howard County Legacy Leadership Institute for the Environment Information Night Holding an information night as part of recruitment for the 2012 Class of Legacy Leaders. An environmental education and volunteer leadership program for ages 50 and older who want to gain skills and knowledge and create a legacy through their volunteer work with partner organizations. Runs for six weeks, Mondays and Wednesdays, 9 a.m.-3:30 p.m., Feb. 1-March 14, followed by 150 hours of field placement with partner organizations from March through September 2012. Lisbon Volunteer Fire Company Open House Learn how to protect you family from fire through hands-on activities and demonstrations.
