Lisbon/Woodbine: County Executive Ulman signs deal to preserve land on Ferguson, Mannarelli properties
For those of us who live in western Howard County, we live here because we love the feel of living among rural farmlands and rolling hills rather than the hustle and bustle of suburban living. To help keep that bucolic feeling in the west county, Howard County Executive Ken Ulman has announced that 1,220 more acres of farmland has been approved for preservation, including two properties here in the Lisbon/Woodbine area. Ulman has agreed to preserve 70 acres of the Ferguson property, in Lisbon, as well as 107 acres of the Mannarelli property, in Woodbine.
