Highland/Fulton: Eat, drink, greet your neighbors and be merry at Highland Day

This Saturday, Oct. 6, is the annual Highland Day celebration at the Crossroads in Highland. Festivities begin at 11 a.m. with a parade and the opening ceremony and continue until 4 p.m.
