One driver in Route 32 crash upgraded to fair condition

The driver who collided head-on with another car after traveling in the wrong direction on Route 32 in Savage last weekend has been upgraded to fair condition, while the other driver remains in serious condition, according to a University of Maryland Shock Trauma spokesperson.
